We work with you to design the right format of Employee Assessment for your organization based on the level of the individual to be assessed and your Dimension Framework. To ensure good evaluation criteria, we will identify the Dimensions necessary for the position and design the assessment towards capturing information on the individual’s proficiency in those competencies.
Final Assessment Report
After completing the analysis on each candidate, iSDM Consulting will compile an Assessment Report on each candidate summarizing their proficiency in each Dimension, identify areas of concern, make a recommendation on possible future assignments/positions for the candidate or any additional information requested.
